Rock Leaning CHR's

In my opinion, these stations seem a bit Hot AC or Rock leaning.

KRBE - Houston
Star 94.1 - Atlanta
B 94 - Pittsburgh
WNCI - Columbus
Q 92 - Greensboro
WPXY - Rochester
99-7 DJX - Louisville
B 93.7 - Greensville
Fly 92 - Albany
Kiss 1053 - Gainesville
Alice 1077 - Little Rock
My 999 - Colorado Springs/Denver Market
 
sx is also one of the worst Top 40 stations in the country. look at their play list. it's all over the place. and it's the reason they've been dismantled.
 
Q 92 Greensboro? You mean Rock 92, WKRR? They're a rock station, not CHR. That would probably explain why they lean toward rock ;D

The last numbers I saw SX was beating their chr competition and was top 5 12+. I didn't know it has been dismantled

Ummmmm..... so when was the last time you looked?

They're currently 12th 12+ with a 3.1 and are only ahead of their direct competition by 1/10th of a share.

WAYV is a Hot AC. They now report to the Hot AC panel.

KC 101 is much more mainstream now than they used to be.

WAYV/Atlantic City, not WALV/Dayton, TN.

WAYV has been adult leaning for years, they moved to a Hot AC sometime last year, if I recall correctly.
 
Alive 105 targets suburban Chattanooga and is a Mainstream CHR now that 98.1 Kiss FM is out of the picture.
WAYV in the past few months has evolved into an Adult CHR. Gone are the 80s titles, and more Rhythmic titles have been added.
During nights Atlantic City actually has two CHRs as Hot AC Sojo104.9 goes Adult leaning CHR/Pop from 7 PM.

But, WAYV is NOT a CHR. They report as a Hot AC, regardless of what they play at night. I do believe the post was titled "Rock leaning CHR's". That was my point.

I am very aware of WAYV & SoJO, I used to work in the market...but thanks for the links!?! :)
