I know this is a TV topic, but which of the 3 Rockford stations has the best newscast and why? (WREX, WTVO and WIFR)
 
Take your pick. I think it is just a matter of taste. I usually switch around. The problem with Rockford TV is the same problem with Radio. Small market-small minded. low budget. I'd like to see some hard hitting investigative news coverage. But Rockford is to small of a market and the news departments don't want to ruffle feathers.
 
I like to watch WREX 13... They seem to be a little more into news and such then the rest... 23 comes in second, but I have also seen some college TV stations have better production than what 23 has... I don't watch 17 much or 39... CC1
