Westwood One is dipping into it’s BET stable of talent by launching a new four-hour Urban program hosted by BET Radio and 106 and Park star Rosci. Rosci On The Radio will feature music from the most current Urban and R&B artists, celebrity interviews, listener call-ins and segments such as the industry insider report “Through The Wire” and the listener interactive “Roc The Mike.” Rocsi who has hosted BET’s 106 and Park since 2006 also co-hosts Westwood One’s BET 106 and Park Weekend Countdown with Terrence J. Her show debuts nationwide April 25th.

The problem is she's already doing 106 & Park Radio with co host Terrance. I don't see the need for her own radio show.

No I doubt the show will air here in LA. The 106 and Park radio show use to air on KDAY Sundays evenings around 4 or 5pm during the phase as the Beat. As far as Im concern syndicated radio can stay away from Los Angeles lets go back to the old days.

I understand. I do watch 106 & Park still but it's not the same. The only time I watched it was from 2000-05. AJ & Free were the best host. On the other hand Terrance & Rocsi belong on Nick or Disney Channel IMO. In 2000-02 106 & Parks core artist were Ruff Endz, Bow Wow, Eve, Ray J and Mysikal. Times have changed now they have Rick Ross, Plies, Lil' Wayne and Chris Brown in rotation.

No affliates listed on Westwood One website. Maybe a few stations will add it later this year. Like we need another syndicated show on urban radio. Big Boy, Russ Parr, Randy Jackson, Big Tigger and Walt Baby Love weekend shows are enough.

96.7 THE BLOCK in North Carolina Monday-Fridays 6pm-10pm. However, they don't stream and i'm suprised they air this show weeknights instead on weekends.

WGBZ 1490/99.1/104.3 "The Beat" airs it from 10am to 2pm Monday through Friday.

Really? She's getting a daily radio show for much of the same reasons Ryan Seacrest has a daily [morning] radio show.

Now, if you need me to explain why Ryan Seacrest has a radio show...

The local version of the Wendy Williams Experience on WBLS was pretty good for the first few years, but the syndicated version was faulty as hell. Also the change of management @ WBLS from long time PD Vinny Brown to Skip Dillard didn't help either. Dillard and Williams didn't get along at all. It's one of the reasons why within the last year the radio show it was practically null-and-void before her transition to TV.

Williams' TV show is awful and she belongs back on the radio where she could be herself.

Williams TV show is bad I cant believe it got renewed for a 3rd season. As far as Rocsi goes I heard her on the radio when 106 and Park radio show used to air on KDAY sunday afternoons. Not feelin her. The same with Terrance when he does Khloe After Dark on Y100 in MIA during the Spring/Summer

Thats what I heard. Rumor has it Paigion from HOT 107.5 Detroit could be her replacement.
