Hey Jimi,

I'm sure you heard but Loony Tunes is re-opening Saturday after the fire there. I'm glad to see an Independant retailer fight to come back. Wish there were more stores that could survive the current state of affairs on the retail side.

Yes, I was just interviewed by The Long Island Press for their feature on the re-birth of Looney Tunes: actually, the only reason I closed the Record Connection several years ago was to give home care to my mom(didn't want to put her away)who passed away this past August;
retail can still happen; now send me a copy of that Cascada Christmas single so I can crank it at The Bunkhouse!

so there is an so called article on a trash website. Where is your proof? I think its very ironic that all your personal information is hidden. Posting this stuff only hurts the cause. Do you really think if Energy got rid of Rod , they would keep the format? That would mean another major market radio station with a dance format regardless of their signal strength would be gone. Is that the goal? Mickey's latest stuff isnt what I call the greatest. If this stuff is true that one thing. Then it should be a legal matter. But if this is about not playing records, then here is a suggestion make better records. Besides he was called an A-hole in the post, well honestly how many PD's have you ever worked for werent?
