His rantings are starting to get on my nerves. Plus, he tends to interrupt people he's airing. My biggest pet pieve: Discussing stuff that I don't want to hear about on a rock station ie: Brittney Spears, Kardashians, Justin Beiber, ect. Leave that to the CHRs because that's more their target.

Theresa sometimes is guilty of that too, but I give her a pass because she's hot.
 
Maybe it's just me then, I just don't think she adds anything to the show yet. She still sounds stiff and nervous, like she hasn't relaxed yet. Maybe she just needs more time.
