I happened to catch Rodney Ho being interviewed on the Fish a week or so back and heard him mention this article coming. One suprising thing I found was that the Fish audience is 26% black which is only 1% less than the metro population so they are doing well targeting all types of people. The fact we have a highly popular black gospel FM makes that number even more amazing. I liked the fact that Rodney mentioned B and Lite as the station's closest competitors which is true.
By looking at 12+ numbers if you add in J93's ratings and weekly cume you can see the Christian soft rock format is doing even better in Atlanta than anyone would have thought just 5 years ago.
