Roger Christian starts Sept. 16 at WECK

Great idea to combine the DJ business with the radio station. I know several stations around the country targeting the same audience that offer the exact same thing. They do both private and public events. People in this demo are looking for social opportunities. It's not unusual to see them at assisted living facilities. I'm not kidding.
 
Good to see WECK adding youth to the airstaff.
 
Roger is a household name in Buffalo and has been for generations. So, him branding a DJ business with a radio station or company makes sense these days.

Booking a wedding or event is not nearly as easy as it once was. The DJ business is riddled with 'family friends' who think owning a laptop and a Spotify library is all you need. Not quite.
