Rogers has made a business decision to go in a new direction that *best* targets women with the CityTv brand of television stations.

YET they chose to keep Kathren Humpfreys on sports instead of hiring some "young Hunk" to do that job...

I doubt Gord will be let go, unless Rogers wants to replace him with a "Young Hunk" to better attract the female audience durring that time.

Peter Silverman and Amber McArthor have already been shown the door, and Rogers has also chosen to cancel the speakers corner show.

Speakers corner first aired durring Citypulse news in the late 80's and eventually went on to be its own show.
