Ron and Don - Pugs & Kelly

Correct me if I am wrong, but Ron and Don are still on the radio in Pacific Northwest. They are still working in radio. Now, Pugs and Kelly who gloated over their time and crammed it down your throat every time they had a chance are no where to be found (on a station that worth a damn).

What happened to that satellite offer or that other local station. Ironic, that Ron and Don found work, maybe they know what they are doing.

Just ask Pugs how many times he would announce Ron and Don were in "Battle Creek Michigan" and he and Kelly were in Dallas, TX.

I ask again, we are both parties now?

I say pugs needs an asterisk "*" - We are in Dallas, Texas and PAYING for airtime on the AM dial. R&D are in michigan NOT paying for airtime and on the FM dial. Enough said.

#13 market and getting paid to do it. I think is better than what ever market # dallas is and paying for your own show.

OK, this debate leads me to this question I've always had.. What looks better on a resume? On-air experience in a Top 5 market, but on a crappy AM station with low ratings? Or On-air experience on a quality heritage FM station with high ratings, but market size 100-150?

Good question. I have a few friends who work in mid- range markets an make damn good money...sometimes smaller markets pay better than larger. I know that doesn't answer the question, but if you have experience in top 5 market on a crappy station with low ratings, maybe the smaller market will hire ya and you can make a better living?
