In a market like San Diego we only have 5 full powered tv stations but I do want a lofty goal that KUSI should be sold to a major broadcast group and either affiliate with either FOX, CW, or MNTV. And in case of subchannels, I do have a dream fix the network affiliations not just San Diego, St. Louis, and Jacksonville FL but also the stations owned by separate companies that are related to Sinclair Broadcast Group. Fox and CW's future owner Nexstar should been shocked seeing their some of their affiliates moving to a subchannel of a Sinclair owned Big 4 station. Look for a brand new thread about potential new duopoly ideas and new subchannel positions for smaller markets carrying the smaller networks (CW, MNTV, and ION) and hispanic ones like TelevisaUnivision and NBCU Telemundo. Here's my teaser: pick a full time MNTV affiliation to either Channel 8.2 (if FOX 5 owner Nexstar buys CW) or 8.3, Channel 10.2 or 10.3 if EW Scripps moves the ION affliliation, Channel 51.1 or 51.2, and finally Channel 69.2. See u there on the local TV chatter folks!
