Rooster 106 Country

I can't pick up the Rooster where I am in Robeson County, but I can pick up 'QDR at times. Do you think the Rooster will be a worthy competitor?

Here is a question that my be obvious..but I am not in the market

Wouldn't it have made more sense to put country on the CC station that is now the River?

Why would you blow up RDU after 22 years...then tell everyone to go to a new classic rock station....doesn't make a whole lotta sense to me....

Is there something I am missing?

I would've thought that too but I think that the theory was by killing RDU they would get more "publicity" and attention to the new station. I guess they thought that they could send the RDU listeners to The River. Again, another example of CC thinking that listeners have absolutely no loyalty to a station. Which isn't true.
