I guess the sun does shine down an a monkeys ass every now and then.............Thank goodness no more JEFFERY!!!! I do feel a little sorry a little sorry for the man that made over $100,000 and had LOW numbers......what a scammer he was....Lets see how the number will turn out after him...I see nothing but up & up for 92.1 now!!! So should Tyler keep the morning gig??? Well see where it goes...Oh by the way Jefffery you keep those pics of you up at the Waffle House!!

I know that Tyler is not a morning person, but he is definitely much better than Jeff and like you, I am happy to see him leave and maybe 92.1 will see better numbers with him gone and let's face it, the music mix is better and less boring than WCOS.

Last time I listen to 92.1 I didn't care for the music not enough country music in it I will have to listen and see if they have changed any.

I programmed WZOK Rockford in 1991-1992. Roper did mornings there, and I have never seen a more local, relatable talent. He got to know every inch of that town within a few months of moving there, and put that knowledge to use every day, in small ways that added so much to the show. I've also never seen anyone walk in the door better prepared. I think he was the best morning talent I've ever worked with, and I've worked with a few pretty good ones; Brian Wilson, Glen Beck, Kidd Kraddick, etc.

I never heard him in Columbia, so there's always the possibility that he lost his edge. If that's the case, it's too bad. If I had a nickel for every time I wished I had Roper doing my morning show ..... I'd have some nickels. I've read in other threads that people feel he comes off as arrogant, etc. That's 180 degrees off from the Jeff I know. Too bad.
