I cannot believe that I am having to bring up these issues on another one of my boards that I oversee, but this is exactly what is happening.
Lately it seems that certain people like to take threads that started out so innocently and ram them into something else that had nothing to do with the thread itself. And when we ask them politely to please get back on topic, they immediatly jump down our throats. The ultimate straw that has ruined my patience was the hijacking of my own topic, particulary by two radio columnists that have a personal rivalry that really should be settled somewhere else, mabye with Judge Judy, but that is not the point(the Rivalry part). The point is, we will not tolerate rule breakers around here. And many of you must be aware of rules such as
1. Messages that contain "slanderous remarks" and "personal attacks"
2. spam
3. Copyright material. Includes but not limited to, online and print articles, Arbitron rating numbers including 12+ and such.
4. Off Topic posts. This board is San Diego Radio. We do not take kindly to people asking about Hits 106 in Nebraska.
5. A BIG ONE: NO critizing of Moderators or Management. If you wish to call me a a%&^%*&%*%^ you must email me directly.
6. Posts across multiple boards. If you talk about Star 94.1 here, don't go posting the exact same thing on CTC or the Hot AC board.
7. And finally, any other postings which the mods or management deems to be inapropiate. And that decision is FINAL.
This is your first and final WARNING on these rules. Any more issues and I'll ensure you'll never post or work on this board ever again.<P ID="signature">______________
