Actually, I'd have to agree with him on this one. Apparently he was told specifically that he couldn't use the phrase "drop a deuce" on the air anymore after coming to Chicago, a phrase he's been using for year on CBS stations. (think as in 'I had a horrible date last night, because the whole time I had to drop a deuce.') Then last night they used the phrase twice in primetime TV on Survivor (CBS).
Sounds like these companies are totally clueless about these "policies" and some shows are definitely ridden much harder than others. Try listening to some of the other Free FM streams for "a**hole" "backdoor sex" and the also-banned "d*****bag" thrown around every 5 minutes.
Rover runs a cleaner show than most, so I can see why frustration would set in in an environment like that.
