I recently spent some time in Detroit and heard a familiar voice. Did Roxanne, of AMP, ever work at the late Power 92.3 in Phoenix? I often visited there when I was growing up and remember a great jock by the same name with a very similar voice.
 
If I'm not mistaken, yes that is the Roxanne who worked in Phoenix. She later went on to do afternoons at B96 in Chicago for ten years.
