Royalty Fees

I must be brain dead or something, but when did XM start charging royalty fees? I just got my renewal and they want $21.79 a just in fees. When did this start. I'm done with these guys

When I called to cancel my second unit, I mentioned to the rep that when my first unit comes up for renewal, it was going "bye bye" also. She mentioned that XM reps had to power to "wave the royalty fee" if a subscriber threatened to cancel. Thought you folks would like to know.

That proves it right there,THE FEE IS BOGUS AND JUST AN EXCUSE FOR THEM TO EXTRACT MORE MONEY!

UNREAL!!!!!!!!

The only power the reps have is the power to lie. They're all in India or Egypt or Jamaica, anyway, so good luck trying to get at them through the legal system.
