I think that's the point. When gun control activists protested in the Tennessee state house, two black dems were expelled. In Montana, when trans people protested, the trans rep was expelled. Klobuchar could have done that too, but it would have been seen as against free speech. That wasn't a problem in the other cases. It's the way one uses whatever tools are available to shut down a particular point of view. In the case of VCY, there are ways to use existing rules to shut them down, but then they could sue for freedom of religion. Some groups are concerned about limiting freedom of speech, and some aren't. As we see in Florida.
