On Jan 4 WJTV-12.3 RTN Network has the following message.

"As of 5 AM on Jn. 4, 2009, Euity Media Holdings Corp's contract to service the Retro Television Nework has expred. EMHC ttempted to coordinate seamless transition, but despite repeated attempts to communicate with Luken Communications representatives.it received no response. Pleas irect any question regarding the RTN network, programming and delivery of services to:

Lukn Holdings, Inc.
735 Broad Street, site 1204
Chattanooga, TN 37402
423-756-1200

Anyoe know anything about this? Looks like someone forgot to pay the bill or something. I hope they get it back on he air, RTN was becoming one of my favorite channels.

Same message is appearing on WKRG 5-3. I wonder what's showing now on WBIF channel 51 in Marianna, FL, they are a full power O&O primary/analog affiliate of RTN. I'll try to point the antenna in the right direction and see if I can get lucky and pick it up later tonight.

Its back on the air. They moved it to Chattanooga. No longer affilated with Equity. The old RTN branding is gone and is now calling itself "My Retro Television". The 10 and 11 PM talk shows are also gone. The rtnville.com website is also gone. The address has changed.

Do you have the new web address? The station has been very erratic with its programming up here in Seattle/Tacoma area-completely different lineup, local affiliate not commenting, some programs repeat 2x an hour....Seemed to come out of the blue and we're not happy with it!! Thought maybe the station got hijacked or something. Too bad, we've enjoyed it. :-[
