There are a number of stations across the station that have an affiliation with RTN:

Including a Allbritton owned ABC in Washington DC and independent KRON in San Francisco.
However, it's on on no ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox, Tribune or Pax/ION owned stations, so I don't see the Philly stations with those networks to carry it now.
What is the profit that a station owner may get in running RTN? That's what they care about right... I've spoken to management of independent stations WFMZ and WMCN-DT a long time ago. They are both locally owned. Could any of these stations benefit by carrying RTN on a subchannel, and would this gain any popularity in Philadelphia, esp. single apartment dwellers, and also some now ditching pay TV? WMCN-DT has a strong signal in the city.
