RTV Houston 34.4

Not that I watched it often (beyond an occasional ep of classic Dr. Who &, strangely enough, The Doctors) but it appears 34.4 is off the air. The station's main and other sub-channels are working fine, but 34.4 is color bars.

Is RTV off the air for good?
