The thumbnail guess here is 'goodbye 610'.
It was over ten years ago when the owners of the 5000-watt omnidirectional WDAF 610 in Kansas City blew up the station and turned attention to other radio pursuits.
At the time, the station was Country, and was darn near (or at) the top of the whole ratings race. Greener pastures were envisioned for that Midwest herd. Ten years ago.
