Its not a radio station, its short attention span theater.

A guy that used to run promos about how you didn't have to read newspapers, scour the internet, listen/watch any other news programs, because if you listen to his show he'll tell you how to think on the issues… …I reckon that's the model for neocon radio these days…

??? I would say that was due to (a) the demands of TRN for Savage and (b) management shifts.

I don't like any of the Air America folks except for Hartmann and even he is tiresome at times. I don't care what side of the political aisle a host is on, I want to learn, acquire knowledge, have the newsmakers interviewed and be exposed to the listening audience to also question and query. I don't care if he's in agreement with my political sentiments or not. In fact, I'd prefer he not be, but he reveal his logic and tackle dissent in an intelligent fashion instead pouring Kool-Aid… …Good Gates, even Alex Jones and Michael Savage are more entertaining — even if it's to listen to hear them froth at the mouth (like 'ol Mohan used to do on the air here…) in their on-air indignation over a dissenting viewpoint…

And when he was on 1100-AM, a promo for Boortz (in his voice) ran constantly about how you didn't have to get up early to read the paper, browse the internet, watch/listen to other news programs, because he'd tell you how it is and how to think on the issues…
