:(

I have to agree. I interviewed with her recently and didn't get the courtesy of a ding letter to let me know if the position had been filled. At first I thought the interview went really well, but later I compared notes with a friend and realized she did much of the talking and was THE shining example of a Control Freak.

Regarding ding letters...I wonder if anyone sends them anymore. A good friend of mine got such a letter from a P.D. by EMAIL. Sheesh. Then again, it IS the radio business, so the shock factor should be minimal.

HOOSIERKY - You hit the nail on the head..

Paulette is on a SERIOUS Powertrip. So is Mike. He knows all he has to do is rip and read spots and do in and out breaks and his 30K a year job is safe. Too bad they dont pay the PD that much!

I worked there when it was your "ole buddy Steve Brown" as the PD. It was a great experience and a nice little radio station. Mr Lees and I worked together at "the best show in Muncie" long ago in a galaxy far far away, nice guy. Leave the GM alone, unless it's about making money or saving money. Life will go easier on you in the long run.
