What he said about Michael J. Fox is the kind of stuff that can end a talk-show career. WBAL-1090 in Baltimore must be glad it dropped Limbaugh last spring.

And I'm seeing a huge ratings drop for WBAL between Spring '06 and Summer '06.

Limbaugh isn't the reason for WBAL's ratings decline

It's the Baltimore Orioles, who had another sub-.500 season.

People in that area get to chose between two of the worst teams in baseball.
MLB should do like some of the football (soccer) leagues do in Europe. The worst team gets kicked out of the league. All the players under contract go back to the minors. That would make cellar races more interesting. Maybe even have a cellar series.

BAL is down from the Spring book but pretty close to where they were in last summer's book. The station which picked up Rush is still way behind BAL (but up slightly). Same thing in Pittsburgh (Pirates trailed their division on Rush's old station, KDKA, which is down from the Spring book, while Rush's new FM station is up slightly). In Minneapolis, the Twins made the play-offs and Rush's former station, WCCO, is way up ; Rush's new FM station is up some but still behind two AM talkers.
