Rush is Right... back on WNTK

Got some inside info yesterday. Turns out after Clear Channel no longer had a stranglehold on the Upper Valley market, they couldn't play favorites with one of their poster children from Premiere. :eek:

Turns out that Rush may be back on NTK as soon as next week in the ever-familiar Noon to 3pm timeslot.

I was reminded of this after reading in TRI that an original affiliate got the axe. This original affiliate just got handed back the keys! (Thanks to Great Eastern broadcasting! :-* ;D)

However, there may be a technical SNAFU in getting it on the air, as NTK's resident engineer (Russ McAllister) is on vaca.
 
I wonder Vinikoor saved the lifesize cardboard picture of Rush that they used to bring to remotes. Bob had a Polaroid, and listeners could get their picture taken with "El Rushbo"..
