It looks like the Rush Limbaugh ghost show will be moving to KIVA 1600 on Monday (May 24) according to this: KIVA Albuquerque Adds The Rush Limbaugh Show
So that probably confirms that KKOB is dropping the show next week. I didn't find anything on their website mentioning what replaces the 10am-1pm timeslot that Rush has had since about the early 90s. They could be required by Cumulus to air Dan Bongino which from what I've read about him looks to be an "own the libs" conspiracy theorist which may not work too well with the local programming that has tried to be more middle-of-the-road while still leaning right. It also seems like Darren White is absent a lot in the afternoons with Jim Villanucci on mostly. Is he officially back with the station?
