Russ Martin - Here's A Theory

M

Last Thursday, when Russ said "I don’t know if we are getting married anymore… you will have to wait and see what happens next week”, I remember thinking he really sounded uncomfortable - like something was going on.

Since the encounter with Amy happened on the 14th, at the time that Russ made that statement, he was already aware that a police report had been filed. He was just waiting to see if the police would actually do anything with it. That's why, when he was arrested on Friday, he wasn't surprised. Doesn't that make sense?

Oops - yes you're right. It was Friday. But, either way -- he possibly knew about the police report when he made that comment on Thursday.

I am not sure if this is true or not, but I found this on another side and this is a heads up for those who are planning to drive by the house or have driven by.

The real insider says:

Russ is fine and happy. Trey has temporally moved in with him to help as an assistant while dealing with the IRS problems. He has also several police officers living inhouse for security reasons since personal information along with pictures of his home and address are now public knowledge. The show may be back next Monday 08/04, if so Russ will aknowlege but not talk much or take any calls concerning his arrest until his legal issues are resolved. We are expecting protesters at the station from several Women's Shelter and The CFE (or Christians for Family Entertainment) a day or so after he goes back on the air. We are asking listeners to bear with the show since the usual content will be curtailed for the unseen future. The cannon will not be used on the protesters and please do not come to the station to confront them, as this may not play well in the media.

if he knew..they only way he would know if some crooked cop gave him the heads up

yea - good point - the "crooked cop theory"... OR

she simply called and told him she went to the police to press charges - or the police were in contact with him leading up to the arrest in the process of an "investigation" of the allegations.

but yea - crooked cop sounds more like it....

Well, even if he didn't know if a police report had been filed, he still knew what had transpired between Amy and him. Regardless, he knew the the wedding was unlikely to happen.

Next Monday is 7/28 not 8/04...

Good point, deadacated1 -- and in that case -- wouldn't that add credence to the fact that something really did happen and he was just waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Wanna know why that's fake? No one really associated with the show would bring up CFE. Only an idiot listener would bring up CFE. You know why?

Drumroll please...

CFE is and has never been a real organization. It was all made up by Russ to create fake outrage over his show, because, contrary to what his fans might believe, Russ never showed up on the radar enough to be "protest-worthy" until he beat up his fiance.

The End

If you believe any of that, I have some valuable real estate I'd like to sell you on the cheap.

Hint: CFE isn't a real organization.

Bah, beaten (no pun) by almost an hour! I guess I should read the whole thread before replying. Nah...

I did not post that because I believed it. I only posted it to get others opinions and in case it was true about the police protection at the house, someone drove by and got stopped because they were looking out of curiosity.

I don't think they could stop people from driving by?? He lives on a public street, and I was the one that posted that I drove by the other day. It would be almost logistically impossible to block the street where he lives also, because he has neighbors on both sides and across the street.

Just wondering -- any comments on the original post?
