If The Ticket's rank is #2 and The Eagle's is #3... who the heck is #1? Am I not reading your post right?

KLNO was #1 with an 8.8 for August...I excluded them because the previous comments were based on KEGL and KTCK...No other stations.

What's the best way to describe this showing by the Fan? Sad? Pathetic? Weak? Laughable?

They've got an FM signal, a 100K watts, and the power of CBS radio behind them, and they're getting beat by another radio stations STREAM?

I guess the new guy is more concerned with fixing KRLD-AM, than the Fan, but that 2.1 is just sad. pathetic. weak. Laughable. All that and more.
And I think that proves something that's been discussed before about satellite, ipods, etc. It's about content, not the delivery system. People willlisten if they;re interested in what you're saying. Nomatter what they have to do to get it...

@little1: just a quick question why is the little Ticket's stream listed separatley? If combined that would give them a 10.2.

Also, it is bad enough that The Fan Fail is getting their butt's kicked by the other sports stations (Ticket, ESPN) they are losing to KISS FM in their demo. I'd say that's laughable

Where is WBAP-FM? Is the 3.7 (7th place) a total of WBAP AM + FM? How has simulcasting lowered their ratings, compared to when they were standalone entities?

I think there's a arbitron rule about combo-ing signals. And if they're mixing 1310 and 104.1, Arbitron may not let them add a 3rd source to the ratings. I'm really not sure, its one of those things that I've asked peeps I work with, and nobody seems to know exactly why.

It's odd KLIF-AM & KLIF-FM only have a .1 difference - even though they have totally different content.

Are all of the HD streams factored in, since the AM content is also found on their FM HD2? Or is the FM rating just their primary 93.3 analog since HD is basically non-existent?

I'm with you, Liberty. Didn't hear him at all in that 6 o'clock hour. Is that CC cutting back on his pathetic talk segments or him deciding he's too tired to grace us with his presence? I was hoping his return was huge- I like him- but he (and this team) has turned out to be quite lackluster.

Only stations that are 100% simulcast are allowed to have their ratings combined in the rankings. Since most streams do not simulcast the commercials, they are not eligible for single line reporting.

I think its because Russ doesn't like being on that early. So he spins records and ads for much of the first hour.
