Russ Martin's Return

But also remember that DLR was also a paramedic before he got his radio job....

I quit listening to the guy sometime ago, his schtick got tired really quick. Too bad CBS doesnt have a brass pair to bring on someone who has an orginal idea or 2 in their heads. I mean, we have three schools (SMU,TCU,UNT) where we can pull decent up and coming talent, why havent they done it?.

An Original idea? Do you actually listen to radio? Radio is full of un-original copycat crap. Whether you liked the show or not, the RMS is at least different in the way the do things from most of what it out there. I have to give them props on that. What he does is difficult to pull off. Most of the formatics that your average radio host or DJ use are to make it so they don't have to think. Russ's show doesn't really follow any of the traditional schtick. There are some shows that are similar but they are pretty few and far between (check out Duddley and Bob on KLBJ 93.7 in Austin who do a similar type thing). So, at least give the guy credit where credit is do....

That's true. Dead silence and "Clo, do we need to break?" is pretty damn original.

Question is who was in the back of the ambulance that went bop bozadee bozadee bop zitty bop to the emergency room 1. Russ's girlfriend.
2. Russ's listeners. from head trauma and boredom.
3 Jd and Clo.
