Russ' official statement provided to RDN by Tim Rogers (D Mag) reports that Martin's official statement is "I am thrilled to comment on the issue and put everything out in the open, but my overpriced lawyer, who is charging me retail, said to keep my yap shut. Once I’m exonerated, there won’t be much he can do to keep me from running my mouth".... So, there ya go.
 
In other words he refuses to comment on advise of his counsel. He's just spinning it like it's his decision not to talk. I wouldn't be surprised if his ''official statement'' was lawyered, too.
 
The "report to moderator" works for things like this. I used it in his thread. over/under anyone on how long it stays there? ;D

I feel for the poor mods in times like these - weeding out all the weirdos!

sounds like snitching to me. you must have been the person who was left in charge of the classroom when the teacher left for a moment or two huh?

honestly now, how does the content of this or any board directly effect your own life?

now i could see someone talking about your mother or children, but that is far from the case here.

I know I know! This what what you should post when you are about to report to the mods a posting you dont like.

come on dude, surely you can find better ways to spend your time. let the people talk and voice their own opinions as you do yourself.
