It was either Russ or go local I guess. Rickey Smiley is on at rival 96.3 WJIZ. I know Russ is still on in Columbia, Montgomery and Augusta.

yea i know i'm from Albany...which is a saturated market for a city of its size. they have 2 hip hop stations and two Urban AC stations. I'm in Jacksonville now and black radio is non existent. The Beat drags and V101.5 will put you to sleep with all their slow jams all day.

Wow i thought Russ's show was bleeding, on life support which is why I figure Hedgewood didn't put the show on in the first place. I think he wasn't sure of the longevity left with Russ. But Big Boy is not a Southern friendly show, it just dont fit.

Just look at the history with Hot 106 and I woulda thought Russ was going to be back in Albany from the start.
