Clear Channel Urban, 94.1 THE BEAT adds Steve Harvey for mornings replacing Russ Parr. Harvey's show was recently heard on Cumulus Urban AC, MAGIC 103.9. Meanwhile, MAGIC 103.9 goes all music in the mornings while 94.1 THE BEAT continues to run Premium Choice except for middays.
