Russ to PM Drive accoring to....

He said he "agreed" to play three songs an hour. Based on my limited listening since he has been back on PM drive, his show is a lot more tolerable than it was when he was on in the AM. It still feels wrong that JD isn't on the show.
 
Yes, the afternoon gig is sounding much more like the RMS of old. I've actually been listening some and taking some time from the Ticket. It is hard to talk about booze, boobs, and bullets at 7am in the morning.

As for J.D., I miss him too. He was the perfect set-up/straight man for Russ. J.D. was the "adult" who kept things moving along while Russ crotch-kicked him or so it sounded to the listener.

Anybody know what J.D. is up to these days?

Not what I believe, they prove it with their posts. I guess radio hasn't been as good to them as it has Russ and it drives them/you crazy. Haters......
 
Been listening to Russ some in the afternoons (still hard default to Rhyner, the Cobra, and Eddy) and it sounds much more like the RSM of the 105.3 days. Not quite as moody and mopey as he was in the last year or two of KLLI but not up to the heady days of taking showers with porn stars on air in the earlier years either. Even caught a bit of Everett Newton the other day.

I dunno. It's a little something new that's old an comfortable.

JD turned super religious and travels the country in an RV.

Actually he got a job cleaning out portable toilets and selling boiled peanuts on the side of the road
