Yes, congrats to Mr. Perry. My question is though when is he going to expand further in OKC?

Most likely the Perry's will expand in OKC when and IF someone offers him a decent property at a decent price. The last weak attempt of selling some crap around here came with a pricetag for some FM sticks that have less power than my hairdryer. The only bad thing about having stuff here AND Georgia is it'll be a management challenge.
I personally wouldn't want that kind of indigestion.
