Russian Language Shows on WAZN Kaput?

Hey, wait a minute. Didn't WAZN-AM 1470 (COL Watertown, hard to pick up anywhere else) go to a format of all-Russian language programming weekdays sourced from New York? During a brief check of the frequency, I noticed that the language in use was Espagnol; then during a station break, a bored-sounding guy speaking in English begged people to buy time on the station; then they went to a WLYN-AM 1360 simulcast. Radio doesn't get any better than that!

The Russians are now on WAZN 1470 M-F 7am-9am, and 5pm-7pm...

No, I'm not bored, just speaking slowly, as English is probably not the
first language of our current listenership! The other language heard is
mostly Brazilian Portuguese, not Spanish...
