The Buffalo-Rochester board notes that "Kevin LeGrett is exiting his post as Regional President at Citadel to take over the Clear Channel cluster in Rochester. He replaces longtime market manager, Karen Carey who resigned recently." Any ideas as to how Citadel's Syracuse cluster might be affected?"
 
Citadel should fare very well without LeGrett. His record here is abysmal. Latest GM hire lasted a few months and saw why all the others took flight, now he's in Seattle.
