Ryan O'Donnell - Last Weekend GMAZ

After 7 years at 3TV, today was Ryan O'Donnell's last day of anchoring weekend GMAZ. They had clips of various interviews, reports, and segments as well as several cakes at the end of the show. Ryan was 1.5 hours late this morning, apparently taking his family to the airport and getting caught in the I-17 Southbound closure (he obviously didn't listen to Gina's traffic reports on Saturday).

Good luck to Ryan as evening anchor in Knoxville!

Who will be taking Ryan's place? Jared Dillingham or someone from CBS 5?
 
The few segments that I saw were nice. Even though Ryan had more time in the field as a reporter, he did a good job at the anchor desk. I thought he worked well with Tess Rafols. He always asked the guests good (follow up) questions. Best of luck to the O'Donnell Family.
 
I really liked Ryan as well. He was good with both his co-hosts and seemed to have a great relationship with all the other players on weekend mornings. I hope it is a good move for him but would not be surprised if he finds his way back to Phoenix one day.
 
Friday morning and Ryan is reporting from the field. This should be his last on-air day on 3TV.
