S.A. Ratings are out

The Beat continues to dominate the ratings/trend.

Mix is up a little and Z is also up almost awhole point. The more Rhythmic Z goes the higher their ratings will be. Example is this trend. Z sounds much more Rhythmic than 2-3 months ago. Cox will likely continue to tweak up the format eventually removing James Blunt, Maroon 5 and others.

What about the resurrection of Y-100? How long has it been since both Country stations were in the top 3, let alone the top 5?

Wonder how Comedy radio would work in San antonio? ???

since I see no hope in classic country moving to FM in SA because we're so "rhythmic" (even without an R&B station on FM), perhaps KKYX could join forces with KJ97 to do a current/classic format like KVET in Austin. I guess San Antonionans aren't as diverse as, say, Houston.

As diverse? You are comparing a big city to a really really big city.

well...maybe it's me that's diverse. I'll just keep listening to 106.1 XM.....the freq I use for my RoadyXT
