s-trees on 101.9

I thought I was hearing things, just put on 101.9 to give it a try, I am in Center City Philly so I am on line listening and low and behold, the Screaming Trees, this is fantastic, how long has this stuff been absent from nyc radio, kudos to 101.9. It has been absent from Philly radio also until 1045 came on board...One thing, was this the actual over the air broadcast, because the readout still had Let it Bleed from the Stones....

its not unusual for a radio stream to be on a 30 second to a minute delay. and sometimes the websited dont update the last songs played instantly. also, if the player itself told you the name of the song, it could wither be what was palyed before it, or what is going to come on after it. or it could even be whats on the actual signal itself.

It seems the David Bowie tune that followed was displayed, that is why I did not know if the S-Trees song was over the air or just a fill in for the internet....I SHOULD OF POSTED THIS ON THE NYC BOARD MY BAD.....

Given your situation, the DX board would have been more appropriate...

can 101.9 be heard ANYWHERE in philadelphia?

i ask because i can get it at my levittown (pa) house if i have the antenna set up right.
