Ordered my S50 on Amazon on 12/20 and got it on 12/29. I have several XM and Sirius systems and this seems to be a neat one. But I need the Home Dock which is on back order for several weeks still. Right now I have it in one of my cars and set to record Sterns first show Monday.

The FM modulator works extremely well. Better than XM.

I was hoping to be able to transfer programs (Stern) from the S50 to my pc but that does not seem to be possible with the USB connection. Does anyone know anything different?

no its not possiable all recorded content stays on the s50
