SA/Austin radio during bad weather

I can hear 102.3 KSAQ from south of town now during tonight's tropo, fighting with the silent SA 102.3. KSAQ should get a break, the translator's been stepping on it's signal for years apparently, and KSAQ didn't like it last I heard.
