Saban Brands takes over the CW Saturday mornings

Actually, Saban takes over the block in September as the "Transition Period" ends on "August 31." October is when 4Kids agreement with The CW was going to end before they extended the agreement for another 2 years, last year. So the The CW agreement sold to Saban by 4Kids last month, with closing of the deal coming up in 10 days, on July 15, is good until October 2014.
 
Maybe 4Kids Entertainment could syndicate Toonzai. After all, it distributed 'Pokemon' and 'Tama And Friends'. And while 4Kids TV was technically intended for Fox, it was on in some areas by stations NOT affiliated with the network, just like Litton's Weekend Adventure is intended for ABC stations.

That said, will this new Saban block be more like Litton's Weekend Adventure (by which, I mean intended for The CW, but airing virtually as a syndicated block without any reference to the network)? Or will we get to see the bug?
