Sad News from WRFG

WRFG's Broadcast Director Ebon Dooley passed away on Oct 12th. Ebon was has
been with WRFG since the beginning over 33 years ago. Ebon was a friend and
a mentor and will be very much missed. For more information about Ebon, the
website is www.wrfg.org

Ebon Dooley was one of the most kind, gentle people I have ever known. A true leader, Ebon has been the essence of WRFG since it's inception....WRFG will never be the same!
John Lennon had a song where he said," a workin' man's hero is something to be." Ebon was the consumate workin' man's hero.....he will be missed!!

I got my start at WRFG and have known Ebon for over 25 years. I am sad to hear of his passing and my condolences to his family and friends.

Many people floated through WRFG through the years. He was one of the true believers who stuck it out in spite of everything.

He will be missed.

Corrections: It should be "Workingclass hero" by John Lennon.....and consummate has two M's....not one!
I wish I could figure out how to modify/edit posts. Can it still be done?
