Saga Communications has closed on its previously announced acquisition of FM translator W295BL (106.9)/Manchester, NH, from Basic Holdings LLC for $200,000. Saga also owns Talk WFEA-AM (1370), Classic Hits WMLL-FM (96.5 The Mill), Hot AC WZID-FM and Classic Hits W231BR (Rewind 94.1) in Manchester. Saga is led by Ed Christian and Basic Holdings is led by Jeff Shapiro.
Following the closing of its $200,000 acquisition of 106.9 W295BL Manchester NH from Basic Holdings, Saga Communications has launched its Classic Country “Outlaw” brand on the signal.
IIRC....at one time the "Outlaw" format was carried on WZID/HD3 (?)
Haven't heard anything about WKXL (1450) ,Concord's app for a translator at 101.9 -- From the looks of the map(s) it appears to be on My. Uncanoonuc!!
