How does that ownership limit law apply when you have multiple stations in the same market without overlapping coverage contours?

How does that ownership limit law apply when you have multiple stations in the same market without overlapping coverage contours?

The rule specifies the number of stations licensed insi a metro (as defined by Nielsen), and does not take into consideration the coverage. A 250 watt daytimer on 1600 counts just as much as a 100,000 watt Class C FM.

https://www.ecfr.gov/cgi-bin/text-i...=true&node=pt47.4.73&rgn=div5#se47.4.73_13555 has the rules and 73.355 has the ownership determinations. It's a long and dull read, but covers the whole subject.
