Sage Endec

Hello,

I can't figure this out on my own, so help me.

I want Simian to send a serial command to my Sage Endec 1822 to tell it to do a RWT.

What is the serial string that I need to send?

Thanks
Jake

Doesn't that have a relay? If it were me, I'd want to reserve the serial for other hardware that might pop up in the future (starguides, switchers?).<P ID="signature">______________

Yes, there is a "GPI" (contact closure input) on the back on the endec that you can set up to do an RWT. I'm not near a manual right now so I cannot look it up but but support for this box through Harris is really decent...they can talk you through however you want to do this an RWT (that's why they are there) - 217-221-7560

regards,
Joe

I know most "automation" systems like Scott Studios, Prophet, etc.. can put out an RS232 stream to control the Sage. But I can't find it on the web.
