Sal Soul (WPRM) moving to 99.1 MHz?

While looking for streaming stations in Puerto Rico I found that WPRM has a Construction Permit to move from 98.5 to 99.1, still from the same transmitter site at Cerro La Santa, Cayey with the same ERP albeit a bit lower in the tower (WAPA's or WKAQ's?).

However, there's nothing indicating that WUKQ-FM in Mayagüez will lower power or move to another frequency.

WUKQ's booster in Ponce has a CP, but it's to increase power rather than lowering it.

To quote El Gran Combo "¿Qué es lo que pasa aquí, ah?" (What's going on here, huh?).

Don David, you have the mike.

There is a long-standing petion to move what was Juan Carlos Colon's station, WSAN, from Vieques to La Ceiba. to do so, they have to move 5 or 6 other stations. This has been on hold due to appeals and stuff for about 15 years. It may eventually happen, but probably not very soon.
