Any help is appreciated on this.
My wife has a transfer opportunity to Oahu. Her salary takes care of the cost of living increase but I'm wondering how my radio salary might compare. I would be coming from an almost exact market size where the typical salaries are as follows: (taking the "big name" talent out of the equation)
Morning Host: $60-$80k
Middays: $30k
Afternoons: $35-45k
Nights: $22-29k
Production Director: $40-$50k
Ultimately, what are the odds of reaching $70k/yr on Oahu including remotes, endorsements, etc.?
