I am sort of new to management, I was an OM at a bird-fed station for 6 months, came to a high school station where the opportunites were much greater for 2 1/2 years (and the salary/benefits)...and now am looking at a position as Program Director in a small market between two major markets. Also included is on-air mornings at a country station....

Very small college (extremely high academics) included in market.

What are my salary expectations? I expect them to be entry-level, especially with a small company.
 
You're probably making more at the high school. Have you left that
job yet? You may want to consider staying.
