Salem Broadcasting Stations up for sale

Salem Broadcasting Stations up for sale

I heard a rumor that the Salem Broadcasting Stations here in Cincinnati are up for sale & they have a buyer already. Anyone else heard of that rumor?

This would surprise me

They just got into Tampa recently and talked like they wanted to get in to every large market. It would be nice to get someone who would actually do something with those stations, but I have a hard time believeing it.

Anything at the FCC's web site?

Ooh! Wait! Is it Randy?

Is this Randy Michaels' return to the market?

How interesting would that be?

What could HE do to get that 1160 signal improved?

Re: Ooh! Wait! Is it Randy?

Or could it be First Broadcasting? They are specialist when it comes to upgrades. I wonder if 1050 could be improved, especially their night time signal. CHUM Toronto kills them after sunset.
